Terms of Service

The service

Clicked provides website and commerce analytics you install with a single script tag. Features may change as we improve the product. We may offer free and paid plans; paid plan terms (including price and billing) are presented at the point of purchase and form part of these terms.

Accounts and trials

You can try Clicked with no signup. Creating an account lets you save and claim your dashboards. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Clicked.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Install Clicked on a site you do not control or are not authorised to instrument.
• Use Clicked to collect special-category personal data or to identify individuals against this service's design.
• Attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service or its security.
• Use Clicked for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes others' rights.

You are responsible for your own site, its content, and complying with the law where you operate - including giving your visitors any notices your jurisdiction requires. See our Privacy Policy.

Your data

You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the permissions needed to process it and to operate and improve the service. We process visitor data as your processor under the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our GDPR notice.

Availability

We work to keep Clicked available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every metric will be perfectly precise. Analytics are directional by nature.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clicked is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD 50.

Termination

You may stop using Clicked and delete your account at any time by removing the snippet and asking us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified to account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? hello@clicked.is.
